Special Dads deserve Special Celebrations! With Olympia Seafood’s help, our celebration was drenched in garlic butter and cream sauce. Our weapon of choice was their featured Big Daddy Maine Lobster along with some fresh prawns. The results were stupendous! Fathers Day for Oly360 was spent in the backyard, eating beautiful seafood and drinking great wine with some pretty awesome folks! Dillinger’s specializes in hand-crafted cocktails and their Blackberry Bramble was my weapon of choice on Saturday night. It was smooth, not too sweet over a refreshing cradle of crushed ice.

Slurp 2016
Sunday Fun Day! Oysters Galore!!! As far as the eye can see raw, cooked, baked, marinated and smoked. Tasty treats in a little half shell ready to be slurped and gulped. Oh did I mention the tastings? Beer or wine or both. All was included in the $60 cover. Wasted the afternoon away, enjoying great wine and some of the best shellfish on EARTH!! My personal favorite and winner of the Best Shell Fish Dish was Beau Legs in Olympia. Those folks really know what to do with a shucked oyster! Continue reading “Slurp 2016”
